As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a liaison and support service to children and their families attending Head to Health Kids.

This position requires collaboration with a Case Worker under a bi-cultural pair model, ensuring the coordination and facilitation of child and family appointments and follow-ups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying as an Aboriginal person recognised and accepted by the Aboriginal community
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills for cross-cultural environments
  • Providing proven experience in supporting Aboriginal children and families
  • Hold a current Driver's License
