Health and Safety Advisor

The role of Health and Safety Advisor is a critical position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving the site's Safety and Health Management System, with a focus on occupational health, injury management, and hygiene matters.

  • Coordinate functional safety issues and maintain relevant records and reports">
  • Lead the injury management process and coordinate workplace injury rehabilitation and illness">
  • Drive a strong safety culture and collaborate with other departments to achieve safety objectives">
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws, regulations, and statutory obligations">
  • Assist with Workplace Risk Assessments and Incident Investigations">
  • Conduct on-site D&A testing">
  • Align health and injury management processes with company policies and procedures">
  • Support Return-to-Work processes with proactive health management plans">
  • Coordinate hygiene exposure monitoring programs and health promotion initiatives">
  • Contribute to health-related program development for the workforce">
About You

This opportunity requires a genuine passion for the safety and health of front-line personnel. The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Health & Safety and possess relevant certifications, including S1, S2, S3, G2, and Standard 11.
