Urban Place Transformation Coordinator

As a key player in our team, you will support us through the planning, design, development and construction phases of property and precinct development projects ensuring financial viability and commercial success.
You will undertake various project tasks such as tracking project milestones, project financials, invoicing and assisting with strategies to generate new business opportunities.
This hands-on role requires a strong understanding of contracts combined with legal and probity knowledge and the ability to manage the delivery of minor works within appropriate time, cost and quality measures.
Previous experience engaging with contractors, consultants and advisors is essential.
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Property Development, Construction or Project Management are required.
Strong technical skills with Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro or PDF based programs are necessary.
Some exposure to the preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, budgeting and cost monitoring is expected.
Experience working in an environment requiring liaison with, and coordination of, multiple stakeholders is preferred.
