Lead Injury Management Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of Case Managers in the implementation of effective injury management strategies.
- This role is ideal for experienced individuals looking to drive business outcomes and ensure employees achieve optimal return to work performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing treatment plans, return to work procedures, and driving team performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Mentor and guide Case Managers in all aspects of Return To Work, claims management strategy, and treatment approvals.
- Drive team performance to meet KPI targets and return to work outcomes.
- Form part of the leadership team alongside the Team Leader and Technical Specialist.
Required skills and experience include:
- Allied Health exposure, such as Rehabilitation, Physio, or Occupational Rehab.
- Previous experience across Worker Compensation or understanding of the claims management process.
- Experience in coaching and supporting others, building relationships, and managing priorities.
- A strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine, caring nature that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
