Hotel Reservation Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in delivering an exceptional guest experience. As the first point of contact, you will address inquiries, answer questions, and assist with reservation modifications and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the initial contact for guests, providing information on room availability, rates, and hotel services.
  • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and business demands.
  • Safely handle payment transactions and verify billing details for accuracy.
  • Offer room upgrades, special amenities, and fulfill specific guest requests to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records to monitor room availability and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues related to reservations, billing, or room assignments.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with effective communication.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
