Job Title: Technical Specialist SCADA Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Specialist to join our team as a SCADA Engineer. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduled and unscheduled SCADA maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and technical documentation preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine SCADA system checks and maintenance tasks as per the Maintenance Plan.
  • Respond promptly to unscheduled SCADA maintenance requests through the AFRM process via Salesforce.
  • Provide level 1 support for SCADA and OT systems at Wind Power Parks.
  • Conduct onsite and remote troubleshooting on SCADA hardware and software, including networks.
  • Install SCADA systems and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Process C4C/TSL/CSM tickets and action work orders on Salesforce.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation for SCADA systems and provide input into task lists, parts lists, and tools lists.
  • Support fellow SCADA engineers through onsite assistance and collaboration.
  • Be available for after-hours support and standby rotations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in server operating systems, Windows, Linux, and SQL database administration is essential.
  • Proficiency in C4C, TSL, MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel regionally is required.
  • Understanding of Industrial SCADA systems and their applications is crucial.
  • Able to review Technical Requirement Specifications and Design Descriptions.
  • Knowledge and experience of networking and configuration protocols (IEC-, IEC-, MODBUS, DNP, OPC) is desirable.
  • Good understanding of detailed engineering of the SCADA system, fiber optic networks, installations, and configurations is required.
  • Familiarity with fiber optic principles and termination is beneficial.
  • Basic English skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the APAC SCADA team.
