Our Treasury team is seeking a skilled Liquidity Analyst to support the day-to-day measurement, analysis and reporting of our liquidity position. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our quantitative liquidity modelling infrastructure to maximize benefits across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to improve liquidity management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced analytics models for liquidity forecasting and risk assessment
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision making
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel formulas and multi-sheet reporting frameworks
  • Continuously develop skills through on-the-job training, mentoring and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Banking and Finance, Commerce, Risk Management, Information Technology or a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics or Actuarial Science (preferred)
  • Proficiency in coding, with R and/or SQL advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in building complex formulas and multi-sheet reporting frameworks
  • Knowledge of Power BI highly regarded
  • Quantitative analytical capability highly regarded
  • Previous Treasury experience, especially Liquidity Risk, highly regarded
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

This is a permanent full-time position with flexible work options, including a hybrid model of minimum three days per week based out of our Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo corporate office.
