About the Role

The role of a warehouse team member plays a pivotal part in ensuring timely delivery of stock to retail stores for our customers.

Our Distribution Centre (DC) constantly adapts to meet business demands, requiring a strong sense of teamwork and focus on safety to ensure efficient goods dispatch.

  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Work with voice picking technology systems.
  • Assemble and package stock appropriately for despatch.
  • Operate manual handling equipment effectively.
  • Meet replenishment targets through physical effort.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Able to repetitively lift and handle items up to 16 kg safely.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to understand and follow audio instructions.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills are crucial.
  • Previous pick/packer experience is highly regarded.
  • Able to pass a Police Check and physical assessment.
