Coolroom Operator

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Coolroom Operator to join our team in Forrestdale. This is a permanent full-time role that involves operating forklifts, picking orders, and ensuring all customer orders have correct paperwork.

  • Picking orders manually, palletising, and labelling for customers.
  • Loading and unloading trucks while observing all safety requirements.
  • Ensuring vehicles are loaded promptly, meeting time slots and production requirements.
  • Following housekeeping and hygiene procedures.
  • Receiving, storing, recording, and issuing stock in saleable condition.
  • Operating forklift safely.
  • Reporting any operational problems.
  • Assisting in training new staff as required.

The successful candidate must be flexible with work hours and overtime, including shift work. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork are essential.

About the Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current forklift license (required).
  • Warehouse operator experience.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.
