Customer Experience Ambassador

Our team is seeking an experienced Customer Relations professional to join our Service department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient and timely communication.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm and patient in high-pressure situations. You will also have a strong knowledge of the Automotive Industry and be able to empathize with customers.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet service deadlines. Your active listening skills and ability to resolve conflicts will ensure that we provide a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via various channels including phone, email, and text.

• Resolve customer enquiries or liaise with the relevant team members to find a solution in an effective and timely manner.

• Perform administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating customer information when required.

• Achieve Customer Service KPIs.

• Keep customers up to date on the servicing of their vehicle or parts.

• Liaise with the team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time.

• Obtain accurate pricing and prepare invoices.

• Handle complaints and ensure prompt issue resolution.

• Review and Maintain OCP.

• Assist with OEM Customer Survey Scores – NPS.

• Report on Customer Survey Scores and review commentary daily.
