Service Position Description

The Service Representative role involves being the main point of contact between the Dealership and customers for repair and maintenance services.

This position offers a dynamic and fulfilling experience requiring a professional approach, passion, and eagerness to deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Service Representative, you will interact with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly, and act with integrity.

You will also be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences with high professionalism, using your time management skills and prioritizing tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, agility, and change management skills, keep customers informed about their vehicle servicing, liaise with the team to ensure timely job completion, obtain accurate pricing, prepare invoices, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly.

While prior service advising experience is beneficial, all automotive and customer service experience will be considered.
