**The Role**
We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our Padstow Distribution Centre You will need to have the ability to make decisions, and work to and meet key performance indicators. Your style will be one of accountability, taking pride in achieving results and having a passion for growing your business through delivering high quality service. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for our wholsale customer enquiries
- Achieve and maintain set KPI’a and SLA's.
- Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Support with the daily managment and scheduling of work
- Support the DC with picking, packing and other duties, as required
