Job Title: Business Process Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Process Specialist.

About the Role:

This exciting position supports the manager in processing and managing tasks daily, weekly, and monthly according to bank procedures and operational guidelines.

  • Accurately complete Loan Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, and Fee invoicing & collections within agreed timeframes, following critical checklists.
  • Ensure Loan Prework for Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments are completed accurately and on time, maintaining an up-to-date Treasury cash sheet.
  • Prepare Remittance applications for corporate loan drawdown disbursements as per application requirements.
  • Process CLA reports, general ledger suspense, and interest accrual accounts, investigating and resolving outstanding items promptly.
  • Reconcile monthly Suspense Account Reconciliations for the Accounting Department.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with staff to create more efficient processes.
  • Report and escalate operational risk events.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with customers and external counterparties.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support local, regional, and global change and transformation projects.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require 1-3 years of experience in Operations within banking and financial services, preferably in Corporate Loans, with knowledge of payments and SWIFT. Strong time management, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential to ensure high team performance.

A Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is required. Flexible working hours, including busy days and remote work opportunities, are available.
