About the Role

As the National Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales and Engineering team nationally. Your expertise will be essential in specifying materials, components, and suppliers for product construction, ensuring considerations for cost, quality, and availability.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the Sales and Engineering team
  • Conduct and review detailed engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to verify design integrity and performance characteristics
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure design intent is effectively integrated into production processes
  • Develop and optimize fabrication processes with suppliers and OEMs
Requirements
  • Tertiary Engineering qualifications
  • RPEQ or CPEng is essential
  • Practical seismic experience in Australia
  • Systems improvements and streamlining processes
