Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Australia Wide Engineering Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and plans to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop manufacturing processes and layouts to accommodate product manufacture
- Develop and implement plans and work instructions to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations
- Provide ongoing manufacturing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and contribute to the development of the engineering team
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as engineering or manufacturing
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in manufacturing processes and operations
- Strong knowledge of and experience with manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, fabrication, and assembly
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement process improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
