Lead Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our Governance, Risk and Compliance practice in Perth. As a Company Secretary for select clients, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and governance best practices. Key areas of focus include:
• Acting as outsourced Company Secretary for ASX-listed clients
• Developing and executing a strategy to grow the GRC business
• Building strong relationships with boards, executives, shareholders, registries, lawyers and regulators

For this role, we are seeking an individual with 10+ years' experience in senior governance and/or risk roles, and experience as a Company Secretary in an ASX-listed environment. A strong commercial mindset and proven experience building a profitable and sustainable pipeline are essential. Additionally, you should have proven leadership skills, including coaching and developing junior team members. A relevant degree and/or governance qualifications (e.g. GIA) are also highly desirable.
