We seek a person who is open to self-expression, warm, and friendly, with the ability to motivate others in a safe and inclusive space. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and creative thinking.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing quality care and actively supporting residents to maintain their overall health, well-being, and independence
  • Utilizing creative skills daily to enhance the lives of our residents through lifestyle programs

About You

  • You will be part of an effective and dedicated team whose purpose is enriching the lives of our residents
  • You will have a caring nature, tolerance, patience, and empathy with older people
  • Certification in Leisure and Health (or willingness to work towards) is desirable

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Certification in Leisure and Health (or willingness to work towards)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Experience in caring for the elderly in a residential aged care setting
