Job Title: OSHC Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OSHC Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our before school, after-school and holiday programs. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of Area Managers to deliver programs that operate smoothly and provide the best possible care for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in our care.">
  • Manage the daily operations of before school, after school and holiday programs, including staff rostering.">
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of engaging activities and experiences for children that support their learning and development.">
  • Work collaboratively with schools, parents, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and a positive relationship.">
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of programs to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.">
  • Monitor and manage budgets and finances for each program.">
  • Implement strategies with each Area Manager to increase program enrolment and revenue.">
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in the OSHC sector.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Diploma in Children's Services or a related field.">
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OSHC leadership role.">
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a team.">
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of OSHC regulations and standards.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and stakeholders.">
  • High level of organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.">
  • Sound financial management skills.">
  • Working with Children Check and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).">
