We're on a mission to bring tennis to every school in Australia. As a Programs Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in making this happen.

About the Role

The Programs Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that increase schools participation in the Federal Government Sporting Schools initiative.

This is a unique opportunity to work with local clubs, coaches, and schools to create a pathway for ongoing community sport participation.

  • Administer end-to-end processes for the Sporting Schools initiative, including communication with schools and coaches who have been allocated grants.
  • Liaise with the Federal Government team to address any queries or concerns.
  • Support coaches in becoming Sporting Schools endorsed, including registration and approval processes.
  • Distribute equipment packs and support materials through the warehouse distribution centre/system.
  • Collate data and process teacher registrations for the Teacher Ambassador Program.
  • Audit and update information within databases, including My Tennis and Airtable.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian tennis industry.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector and its challenges.
  • Proven experience in coach membership processes and approvals.
  • High-level administrative skills, including database management, email, and internet systems.
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Flexibility in working hours and arrangements related to the role.
