Critical Facilities Engineering Role

We are seeking an experienced engineer to maintain and evolve mission-critical infrastructure, including power systems, HVAC, fire suppression, and plumbing in our Hyperscale Data Center.

You will work closely with hyperscale customers, solving problems, and being the go-to expert for all things infrastructure. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in building services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and complete maintenance protocols on time, including monthly, quarterly, and annual site maintenance
  • Foster relationships with customer stakeholders and manage specialist vendors for major works, repairs, and maintenance
  • Respond to Building Monitoring System alarms in accordance with engineering policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Practical experience of critical facility operations
  • Engineering-related degree or trade qualifications with understanding and experience in building services
  • Strong customer mindset, conflict resolution skills, and ability to build relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
