The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a high-performance culture, identifying operational efficiencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained. They will also be tasked with leading and coaching a team of agribusiness relationship associates, championing customer-centricity, and overseeing operational efficiency.
About the Role- Lead a team of agribusiness relationship associates across QLD & NSW
