The role of a Community Care Professional involves delivering high-quality client-based care to individuals in their own homes. This includes conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing treatment strategies to meet the clinical needs of clients.

- A minimum of three years' acute clinical and community nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.

- Experience in wound management, CVADs, palliative care, negative pressure wound therapy, stoma, and catheter care.
