- Achieve profit targets by collaborating with business and product partners, including structured finance, transaction banking, and global markets.
- Initiate RORA improvements and profit growth within your designated portfolio.
- Support department KPIs and team objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for client communications and visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote banking services to clients.
- Understand clients' financial statements and assess risks (credit, business, compliance).
- Build trust with global relationship managers, product, and business partners.
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes and develop stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
