**Job Overview**: The organization is seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Senior Test Analyst.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful non-functional testing of applications being migrated, by collaborating with project stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to understand migration requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • They will develop, review, and execute non-functional test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate application and infrastructure migration outcomes.
  • A comprehensive test coverage plan will be implemented to ensure that migrated applications are thoroughly tested, and risks to quality are identified and mitigated.
  • The Senior Test Analyst will implement non-functional testing (NFT) strategies and plans that are appropriate to address the risk and complexity of projects or initiatives.
  • End-to-end and regression testing (NFT) will be conducted for applications impacted by migration activities.
  • Maintainance, execution of test automation suites (NFT), and proactive reporting of findings will be key responsibilities.
  • Test data will be maintained, and environment conflicts will be minimized through proactive management.
  • Defects will be logged, tracked, and managed through to resolution, working closely with development and migration teams.
  • Detailed test execution reports, insights, and recommendations will be provided to stakeholders.
  • Second-level support will be provided to PS Operations and PS Settlements, including training, handover, and support documentation.
  • Contribution to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies will be expected.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise and experience in non-functional testing, especially performance testing and failover testing, is required.
  • Expertise in implementing non-functional testing frameworks and tools is essential.
  • Proficiency in running performance testing and monitoring tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, AppDynamics, and Kibana is necessary.
  • Extensive experience in planning, management, support, and testing of non-functional changes to mission-critical systems is expected.
  • Experience in Swift Messaging and ISO/Interact service testing, with Sterling testing being highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the NPP platform and concepts related to payments testing is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze migration impacts and translate them into effective test cases is required.
  • Advanced experience in payments and settlements systems, services, and operations is necessary.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure modernization concepts, even if not directly involved in infrastructure testing, is highly preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams in complex program environments is expected.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving defects are necessary.
  • Effective communication skills to effectively articulate test results and issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
