Technical Support Specialist

Provide exceptional customer support through the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of precision fluid measuring devices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seamless equipment installations.
  • Performing routine preventative maintenance to optimize device performance.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing complex Hamilton equipment.
  • Identifying and reporting problems, analyzing root causes of instrument failures.
  • Regularly traveling to customer sites within a designated region.
  • Adhering to strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in both field and corporate environments.
  • Ability to train non-technical personnel on complex technical material.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a reputable institution.
  • The equivalent combination of an associate's degree or technical certification and at least two years of experience in a technical field service environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical field service experience, particularly in life science, clinical, or pharmaceutical fields.
  • Automation or similar field experience required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
