Production Planning and Warehousing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planning and Warehousing Admin to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating production planning and inventory management across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Forecasting and planning production over a 4-6 week period
- Updating and maintaining the production plan daily and planning production orders to meet customer requirements
- Assisting in strategic supply chain and production management activities
- Maintaining product and inventory records
- Preparing and submitting regular reports to management on production and warehouse activity
- 2+ years of experience in a planning or inventory management role
- Excellent understanding of planning management procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
