Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Allocation Analyst to join our team in South Geelong, VIC. As an Allocation Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end allocation of merchandise to our retail stores. This role involves working closely with various cross-functioning departments within the organisation to support the effective inventory control in stores.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical focus and excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong working relationships across the organisation.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Manage inbound and outbound inventory processes, including store allocations.
  • Communicate directly with our retail teams to support effective inventory control in stores.
  • Liaise with our Design, Product, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams to ensure optimal stock levels year-round.
  • Review purchase orders and quantities to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor product performance across the business and specific locations to inform future decisions.
  • Prepare reports and analytics for key decision makers.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate to strong Microsoft Excel skills or database experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong, data-driven analytical focus.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Fashion, Business or similar.
