The Role

As a key member of the team, you will spearhead process efficiency across the organisation. You'll harness cutting-edge technologies to revolutionise internal workflows and automate the product delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions leveraging AI to automate workflow across the entire product delivery lifecycle.
  • Design and implement foundational shared infrastructure.
  • Drive strategic process automation to eliminate non-value tasks and accelerate development cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful tooling solutions transforming how we work.
  • Provide technical vision and leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Champion research and innovation in AI, software development, and DevOps, focusing on applying new technologies to the product delivery lifecycle.
Success Metrics:
  • Gain deep understanding of the product delivery lifecycle, identifying areas ripe for automation and AI-driven transformation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the product delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop an Internal Tooling roadmap focused on delivering product value and internal automation.
  • Deliver at least 1 major initiative.
Required Skills:
  • Passion for AI and automation, particularly agentic AI, and its application to the product delivery lifecycle.
  • Expertise in cloud-native technologies.
  • Strong foundation in DevOps (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring).
  • Proven technical leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with specific agentic AI frameworks, contributions to open-source projects related to tooling, automation, or AI, experience with data engineering and building data pipelines, familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms for internal tooling.
