At Evolution Mining, we're seeking a highly skilled professional to drive operational excellence and safety in our mining operations. As Senior Advisor – Risk and Compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in championing risk frameworks, coordinating risk management, advising with impact, and driving change.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned risk and compliance expert to join our team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and implementing risk frameworks, strategically supporting the business in scheduled reviews and updates of Material and Critical Risk Management Plans, providing expert guidance and hands-on support to management across safety and risk systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the Management of Change program effectively and sustainably.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 3+ years in risk and compliance or senior health & safety roles
- Prior experience working on a mine site (operational highly desired)
- Tertiary qualification in Health & Safety or Risk (essential)
- Additional credentials in Risk Management, Change Management, or Cert IV TAE (desirable)
- Experience with INX, Forward CRM, and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
