Role Description

Evolving a safety culture that drives continuous improvement, you'll lead the way in risk management and sustainability across diverse operational environments.

As a trusted advisor, you'll champion robust risk frameworks, coordinate risk management initiatives, and provide expert guidance to drive impactful change.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and implementing risk frameworks aligned with industry standards and legislative requirements.
  • Strategically supporting business reviews and updates of Material and Critical Risk Management Plans within broader risk management programs.
  • Providing hands-on support to management across safety and risk systems, ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum 3+ years of experience in risk and compliance or senior health & safety roles.
  • Prior experience working on a mine site is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary qualification in Health & Safety or Risk is essential.
  • Additional credentials in Risk Management, Change Management, or Cert IV TAE are desirable.
  • Experience with INX and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are also required.
  • Exposure to ICAM investigations and a Lead Auditing qualification are highly desirable.
