About Our Role

At BHP, we are committed to making a positive impact on society. As a Principal Social Value professional, you will play a key role in integrating our Social Value Framework into major projects across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of social value plans for individual projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop and implement social value initiatives that drive positive change.
  • Ensure alignment with our Global Social Value Framework and Minerals Australia Projects Social Value Plan.
  • Identify and coordinate opportunities to promote social value and best practices.

  • Passion for social value and experience in business planning and project management.
  • Proven track record in teamwork and collaborative efforts to achieve program outcomes.
