Medical Receptionist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic medical receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and support our medical centres.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Welcoming patients in a courteous and respectful manner
  • - Scheduling appointments, including recalls and reminders
  • - Triaging patients and monitoring the waiting room
  • - Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external personnel
  • - Informing patients of fees associated with their visit and operating billing systems
  • - General administrative tasks, such as scanning and importing documents
  • - Providing secretarial support to doctors and collecting essential information

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, professional face-to-face and phone manner, energetic personality, high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong written and verbal communication skills, shift flexibility, organisational, multitasking, and attention to detail abilities are also required.
