**Receptionist | Medical Centre | 30 to 40 hours per week**

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic medical receptionist to join our busy and well established medical centres on The Central Coast. We are open between 8am to 8pm, 7 days per week and are highly committed to providing outstanding quality care for our patients.

We provide a great team working environment, with excellent remuneration. This position 30-40 hours per week, with regular shift schedules.

The ideal applicant will:

- Have an energetic personality and enthusiastic approach to tasks
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Possess great written and verbal communication skills
- Have shift flexibility - We can offer a pattern
- Possess strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Have high attention to detail and accuracy
- Be dependable, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
- Be able to learn fast, work under pressure and be willing to learn on the job

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Welcoming and greeting patients in a courteous and respectful manner
- Promptly answering phone enquiries in a polite and helpful manner
- Scheduling patients appointments, including recalls and reminders
- Triaging patients and monitoring waiting room
- Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external personel
- Informing patients of any fees associated with their visit, and operate all aspects of billing
- General administrative tasks such as scanning and importing documents
- Provide secretarial support to our doctors, and promptly collect essential information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
