We're looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic team and drive the development of high-quality training initiatives for our engineers. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for learning and development with your expertise in program management.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver training programs that meet the evolving needs of our engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Work Force Management (WFM), Operations, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and others on the AWS Support team to support department training programs and initiatives
- Designing, implementing, delivering, and managing training programs from small to medium scale
- Applying adult learning principles to help design and assist in developing training that best fits the needs of the audience and content (online, classroom, or blended learning methods)
You'll work with Global Program Managers, Site Leads, and Operations Managers to ensure adoption, execution, and iteration of training programs at your site. You'll also contribute to the development of project plans, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

A Day in the Life
As a Cloud Learning Manager, you'll spend your days collaborating with stakeholders, designing and delivering training programs, and analyzing data to inform your decisions. You'll work closely with our talented team of engineers, subject matter experts, and program managers to create engaging and effective training experiences that drive results.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
