Join our esteemed team of professionals and take on the exciting challenge of Transport and Drainage Operations Management. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, overseeing budgets, implementing asset and service standards, and managing RMPC arrangements.

This role offers the opportunity to provide operational leadership for road maintenance, transport, pavement, and drainage services, as well as developing and implementing service and operations plans that align with asset management principles and regional needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction for road maintenance, transport, pavement, and drainage services
  • Develop and implement service and operations plans that meet regional needs
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Lead negotiations with external partners and stakeholders
  • Support achievement of corporate objectives and goals

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Director of Infrastructure Services and Manager Transport & Drainage Assets to deliver technical advice and guidance. You will also be responsible for supervising team members and ensuring consistent communication and service delivery across the region.
