About the Role
The Culinary Support Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchens by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed, sanitised, and stored properly.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining areas to Hyatt Hotel Canberra standards, ensuring that all equipment and cleaning schedules are followed.
- Maintaining operating equipment in good condition and ensuring it is returned to its designated storage place.
- Counting and updating glassware and crockery for all outlets.
- Performing general cleaning duties in accordance with procedures for each work station.
- Cleaning walls in all kitchens, walls in all corridors, and the centenary kitchen.
