Assistant Hotel Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  3. Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to front-line staff.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
