Enhanced Enterprise Risk and Policy Position

Our organization seeks an experienced Risk and Policy Manager to support our risk teams in comprehensively understanding and adhering to the Risk Management Framework, alongside relevant supporting standards, systems, and procedures. This encompasses ensuring continuous enhancement of the Risk Framework and all accompanying guidance, systems, and procedures necessary for Group-wide implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and compile pertinent risk information for submission to management, the Board, and Board Committees.
- Review and draft multiple regular risk reports, including critical reporting for the Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and continuously improve risk reporting.
- Provide assistance to Group Risk Partners in understanding the Risk Framework and requirements for implementation and follow-up.
- Coordinate and manage the review and update of all Group Policies, supporting policy owners in adhering to and implementing the Policy Governance Framework.
- Compile and review policy governance information required for submission to management and the Board.
- Promote continuous improvement, adoption, and awareness of the Policy Governance Framework.
- Develop and enhance all supplementary documents, guidelines, templates, procedures, and systems necessary to implement the Risk and Policy Frameworks.
- A graduate in Accounting, Finance, Law, or commensurate qualifications/experience.
- Substantial understanding of risk and controls methodology and approaches.
- Previous experience working within complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
