Job Description

As a Senior Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will lead cost management on multiple projects, responsible for all deliverables and successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will span preconstruction, procurement, and post-contract activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cost management on multiple projects, ensuring successful project outcomes and delivering all required deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including management of T&T financials and commission management.
  • Contribute to business generation sessions, identifying new opportunities and securing projects.
  • Assist in the development of carbon calculation services, with potential for leading this initiative.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Cost Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
  • Proven experience in pre-contract and post-contract deliverables.
  • MRICS or MAIQS qualification preferred.
  • Experience across multiple sectors, with a desire to progress in your career.
