Job Title: Senior Cost Manager

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Senior Cost Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cost managers, graduates, and cadets in delivering projects in the Real Estate sector.
  • Manage project profitability, invoicing, and commercial performance.
  • Integrate with the full cost management team in NSW and ACT and provide support when required.
  • Enhance our benchmarking/Hive capabilities (digital).
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of service offering for the Government Super Sector.
  • Apply commercial acumen to projects and support clients through the decision-making process.
Requirements:
  • Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
  • Sound experience in cost planning in Real Estate, Education, and Healthcare government projects.
  • 10+ years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles.
  • Managed clients, contractors, and consultants directly in previous roles.
  • Preferable RICS and/or AIQS accredited.
  • Cost X experience.
