About This RoleWe are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to play a key role in our civil works team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing innovative construction methodologies and techniques;
- Producing construction programs with Supervisors and Superintendents;
- Monitoring the program throughout the project life cycle to ensure milestones are completed on time;
- Planning resources required to achieve the construction program and sourcing;
- Procuring materials and subcontractors to achieve construction programs;
- Recognizing variations, quantity increases or decreases, and additional scope of works;
- Monitoring day costs for activities and adjusting if unit costs are excessive;
- Preparing and analyzing end-of-month project costs reports;
- Implementing environmental controls where necessary.
A Civil Engineering degree, minimum 3+ years' experience on Road/Bridge/Infrastructure projects, and a proven track record in HSE compliance and safety are essential requirements for this role.
