Lead the delivery of multiple complex infrastructure projects from early planning through to completion. As a senior project coordinator, you will work directly with clients or through contracted service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to shape project packages modernizing and enhancing facilities across education and care communities.
  • Oversee all stages of project and program management, including financial oversight, staffing, pre-design, construction, and commissioning within relevant legislative frameworks.
  • Provide reporting for critical projects and contribute to broader investment initiatives.
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Support business improvement efforts, refining planning processes and promoting best practice service delivery.
  • Advise team leaders on strategies to maintain, improve, and renew built assets for end users.
  • Compose high-quality communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Offer expert guidance to colleagues across administrative and financial functions.
  • Mentor and support team members through knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

You will also be responsible for carrying out additional responsibilities as directed, consistent with the scope of the role.
