Job Role

The Food Preparation Technician is an integral part of the team responsible for delivering successful curriculum programs within the Food Technology area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare food, equipment, and trays for classes in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene when using and cleaning equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure the smooth operation of classes and events.
  • Support staff and students by supplying required equipment and materials.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to ordering and managing food supplies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment.
