Strategic Asset Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have expertise in financial planning, strategic thinking, and relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing plans to optimize asset performance and value.
  • Managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets, providing financial analysis, and supporting acquisitions and developments.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and alignment with overall asset objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with portfolio-level strategies.

About the role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work on a sub-portfolio of logistics assets worth $1bn in value.
  • You will be responsible for identifying market trends and sustainability opportunities, particularly regarding GRESB and decarbonisation targets.
  • You will develop and execute customer engagement strategies, close interactions with internal teams and external partners, and act on behalf of Funds/Mandate owners in managing interfaces and approvals of budgets/leasing proposals.
  • You will provide financial analysis and support for acquisitions and developments.

Requirements:

  • Experience in asset management, investment management, or a related field within the real estate or industrial sector.
  • Good understanding of financial modelling, investment analysis, and valuation processes within the real estate industry.
  • Strong focus on customer retention and engagement, enhancing satisfaction and improving asset performance.
