Director of Strategic Assets

We're seeking an Asset Manager to drive our asset strategy at the University of Sydney. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, operating and strategically managing facilities to enhance the educational and cultural experience of every resident.
- Drive asset strategy and lead teams to achieve business objectives
- Optimise performance through proactive leadership and strategic oversight
- Maintain highest standards in sustainability, safety and service
- Lead strategic planning and operational management to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and implement effective asset management strategies
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum 5 years' experience in senior operational management or asset management
- Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives and projects
