As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, we are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Pier One Sydney Harbour. If you have a passion for mixology and delivering exceptional guest experiences, this is your chance to shine in one of Sydney's most iconic waterfront venues.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks according to recipes and standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas, as well as processing payments accurately and completing end-of-shift banking duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous bartending experience, with a minimum of 1 year preferred. You will also require current NSW RSA certification, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas
  • Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift banking duties
Requirements
  • Previous bartending experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Current NSW RSA certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
