As a high-volume bar and restaurant, we pride ourselves on delivering quality food and beverage offerings in a vibrant waterfront setting. We are currently looking for a bartender who is confident, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Our venue operates lunch through dinner on weekdays, and breakfast through dinner on weekends, offering a wide range of shifts. We are committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance and can offer flexible scheduling for the right candidate. Weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with venue standards

  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the bar area

  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times

  • Managing bar stock, restocking supplies, and minimising wastage

  • Engaging with guests professionally and making product recommendations

  • Collaborating effectively with the wider floor and kitchen teams

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar bartending or beverage service role

  • A confident, professional, and welcoming demeanour

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to remain composed and efficient during busy service periods

  • A strong sense of teamwork and a commitment to high service standards

  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW) certificate
