About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in delivering timely and accurate tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tax advisory services to clients across various industries, including manufacturing, primary production, software and technology, medical and pharmaceutical, professional services, energy and resources, hospitality, investment entities, construction, and retailers.
- Collaborate with a diverse client base to provide tax advice on matters such as business and family group restructuring, M&A transactions, specific areas of tax law, venture capital, and not-for-profits and registered charities tax concessions and structuring.
- Work with colleagues throughout Australia and across the Crowe Global network to deliver tax advisory services.
- Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their tax advisory skills.
- Lead/participate in training and professional/personal development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Specialist Corporate Tax or Private Clients experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm, or an equivalent role within industry.
- Relevant Accounting, Commerce, or Law degree or Masters of Tax.
- Full or part-qualified CA or CTA (or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong tax technical expertise.
- A self-starter with a proactive, innovative mindset.
- A strong team and collaborative focus.
