Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager to join our Deal Advisory Tax team at KPMGau. As a key member of our team, you will work on a wide range of clients and transactions across our national practice, providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tax due diligence services to clients, including review of tax structures and identification of tax risks
- Develop and implement tax strategies for clients, including advice on deal structures and fund structures
- Review and analyze tax models and provide recommendations for improvement
- Work with clients to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other teams, including audit and advisory, to provide comprehensive services to clients
- Proven experience in tax advisory services, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
- Strong tax technical skills, with expertise in Australian tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
