Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Trust Account Administrator, responsible for managing trust accounts with precision and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily receipting and issuing of trust receipts, bank reconciliations
  • Daily trust releases / processing invoice payments
  • Accurate recording of all transactions including ledger journals
  • Correspondence with vendors and purchasers regarding required information and confirmation of bank details
  • End of month reporting and year-end reporting
  • Assistance with auditing, ensuring timely payment of funds in sales trusts
  • Maintenance of records to meet legislative requirements and adhere to company procedures
  • Support for the Senior Manager on ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in managing trust accounts
  • Possession of an Agents Representative Certificate is highly regarded
  • Diligent and meticulous with high attention to detail
  • Residence within a 30-minute drive of the Glen Eira area
